In the ancient yogic knowledge, Patanjali clearly symbolizes the Kundalini energy in every individual. Due to some misconceptions of the dark era, people think of Patanjali as a Avatar of Adishesha, but in reality, who’s not? Every one is and has the kundalini energy, lies dormant in their Muladhara. When Awakened, they realize their ultimate beingness and ones that I am God!

Yoga mostly deals not only with fitness regime, as many think, but also has ways to attain enlightenment through Yama, Niyama, Aasana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. The 8 fold path in the daily life of a Yogi. It deals with staying utterly present, not giving your power away to any other outer source, focusing on replenishing and treating the life force as sacred.

As Adi Shankara stated that I am beyond the brain, Yoga facilitates one to attain a state of clarity and fluctuations and tribulations of human personality. When in that state one becomes self-dependent, not get greedy or feeling lack, but attaining fulfillment through keeping their ultimate wish before the God Within. Kundalini Yoga is one of the highest forms of Yoga which awakens the energy and fills the brain with its brilliance. But in India, there’s a great misconception that came up due to some greedy people, they instill fear of perfection when a newcomer to yoga wishes to learn it.
